This original 1920s piece from Chair Couture, called “Constance,” is reupholstered with a one-of-a-kind textile. The upholstery looks like beautiful clear water, and is framed in lovely, silvery, vintage woodwork.
I’d love it with the Malachite Rug from the Susie Hoodless Collection, available at The Rug Company, and a brightly painted traditional-style mirror. I’d top it off with an Arteriors Home driftwood lamp to bring in the rug, and think about adding lots of mercury glass and hydrangeas.
Now, if only the chaise were actually affordable…
